CABIN RULES AND REGULATIONS

BAYWOOD PARK
CABIN RULES & REGULATIONS

By renting a cabin from us you acknowledge that you have read and will abide by our rules and regulations.

Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is noon, unless otherwise arranged.

Welcome to our cabins. In case our names slip your mind your hosts are Paul and Lynn Gullackson. If you need to contact us during your stay our phone numbers are
Paul – 780-812-6612 and Lynn – 780-573-3108. Please call Paul’s cell if you would like to purchase wood -  $50.00 per bobcat bucket, or for any maintenance needs.  WIFI is available in the cabins but can be poor as you are in the woods with tall trees.

We are sorry to have to give you a set of rules but have been informed by the MD of Bonnyville that they are a requirement.  We tried to believe that everyone would be considerate and use common sense but unfortunately there are always a few who ruin it for everyone making rules necessary.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS. Please use the firepit outside  for your cigarette butts or you may be charged if we have to pick them up.

We have implemented a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on long weekends as they are our busiest times.

Pets are welcome if they are well behaved. They must be under your control and on a leash  for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.  You may have the sweetest gentlest dog in the world but it may still be aggressive towards strangers and many people are uncomfortable around strange dogs (myself included). Please do not allow them in the beds or on the furniture. This should be a no brainer but please clean up after your dog.  Should we have to clean up excessive hair and feces from your dog , double wash our sheets because of dog hair or if they damage the property we will charge you accordingly.

We do not have air conditioning or televisions but do offer limited WIFi.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR:

  1. Avoid excessive noise so that everyone can enjoy the peace and tranquility of our park.
  2. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on weekends and 10:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays as per MD of Bonnyville Requirements
  3. Loud partying, stereos at high volume and other rowdy behavior are not tolerated at any time.  After 11 pm, music cannot be audible beyond the cabin you occupy.
Registered cabin occupant is responsible for the actions of all cabin party members and any visitors to their campsite.
